4:3 Lag Demonstrated on 55 inch LG C2 OLED (firmware 03.10.43)

The LG C2 has some weird issues! This is an unlisted video demonstrating the 4:3 input lag. I've also twice triggered an issue where frame delivery becomes inconsistent on almost all content and black frame insertion flashes every 8 seconds. This isn't about that though, that's a separate issue and I'm still trying to determine how that is triggered.
